Job summary

GU Commerce is seeking an Account Executive to serve as the primary liaison between client brands and our internal team. You will ensure agreed strategies are executed, problems are resolved quickly, and each account has a clear growth plan.

We manage brand sales across Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and Lazada. This role requires someone comfortable communicating with clients while understanding numbers and operational work behind running a store.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, e-commerce, digital agency, marketplace, or related fields.
• Communicative, organized in follow-up, and able to build client trust.
• Comfortable reading sales data and converting it into actionable recommendations.
• Understanding of basic operations on Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, or Lazada.
• Able to coordinate multiple brands and projects simultaneously without losing detail.
• Willing to communicate problems and solutions honestly to clients and internal team.
• English language communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for daily coordination, campaign needs, and work follow-up
• Translate client targets into clear briefs and priorities for marketplace, content, design, live, and operational teams
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rate, promotion effectiveness, and stock and order constraints
• Prepare monthly reports and present results, issues, and next action plans
• Maintain timelines and ensure client commitments are executed by the right parties
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and develop cooperation with existing clients
• Handle client complaints or priority changes calmly, clearly, and thoroughly
