Job summary

KŪKAI is seeking a hands-on e-commerce leader based in West Jakarta to drive online sales, GMV and profitability while coordinating with Performance Marketing, Affiliate & KOL, Live Streaming, and Marketplace teams.

You will own growth strategy, manage forecasts, budgets, and campaigns across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and marketplace Seller Centers, and lead a fast-paced team to turn data into clear actions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in e-commerce, digital sales, growth or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Shopee, TikTok Shop, and marketplace Seller Centers.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Ads / GMV Max / C-Ads, Shopee Ads, Meta Ads, affiliates and live commerce.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with GMV, ROAS, conversion, AOV, budgets, margins and profitability.
• Experience managing sales targets, advertising budgets, promotions, and campaigns.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Able to turn data into insights, decisions and actions.
• Willing to work full-time WFO in Tambora, West Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Own online sales, GMV, growth, and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute KŪKAI’s e-commerce and digital growth strategy.
• Manage sales forecasts, targets, budgets, and commercial plans.
• Track and improve key metrics including revenue, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, ad spend, and margin.
• Oversee TikTok Ads / GMV Max / C-Ads, Shopee Ads, Meta Ads, and overall advertising efficiency.
• Drive sales through marketplace campaigns, promotions, affiliates, live streaming, and conversion‑focused content.
• Lead major commercial campaigns including 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12, payday, and Ramadan/Lebaran.
• Stay ahead of new marketplace tools, programs, and platform opportunities that can drive growth.
• Identify growth opportunities through sales data, customer behavior, product performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
• Build strong relationships with marketplace account managers, vendors, and external partners.
• Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews, turning data into clear insights, priorities, and action plans.
• Lead and develop the e-commerce team, including Marketplace, Performance Marketing, Affiliate, Live Streaming, and Content.
