Halo Robotics, Indonesia's leading drone distributor and service provider, seeks a Project Manager (Drone Managed Services) to drive multi-industry projects, including mining and oil & gas. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and effective communication across stakeholders.

The candidate should have 3–5 years PM experience with drone/geospatial tech, strong planning skills, and willingness to travel. English proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 or S1 preferably in Geospatial Science, Geography, Geomatics, Survey Mapping, Geology, Geodetic Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager with drone/geospatial tech across industries.
• Experience in Mining and/or Oil & Gas sectors preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and implementation of projects: scope, deliverables, budgeting, scheduling, resources, and stakeholder management.
• Communicate day-to-day with clients, providing solutions at technical and PM levels.
• Prepare and edit project documents: Proposals, GANTT Charts, Project Charter, Method Statement, Risk Assessment, Incident Reporting, and Close reports.
• Manage purchasing procedures and budgets to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure SOPs and PMP standards are followed; monitor output and report progress to stakeholders.
