Job summary

Halo Robotics in Indonesia is seeking a People Development Specialist to drive onboarding, training, development, and engagement initiatives across the organization. You will design and implement programs, identify training needs, track employee feedback, and promote the company culture while ensuring confidential handling of information.

The role requires a proactive mindset, strong English skills, and prior OD/L&D experience in a technical or industrial context.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

People Development Specialist

drives initiatives that support employee growth, development, and engagement at Halo Robotics. This role oversees programs such as onboarding, training and development, employee engagement, performance and career development, as well as other initiatives that foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Organizational Development (OD), Learning & Development (L&D), Training & Development, Employee Engagement, People & Culture, People Development, Talent Development, or a similar HR role
• Experience in drone/robotics technology, industrial equipment, or technical/engineering solutions companies serving sectors such as Mining, Oil & Gas, Power, or Construction is a plus
• Familiar with using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to support accuracy and efficiency in daily work; prior experience with AI tools is a plus
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Positive and growth-oriented mindset, proactive, and eager to learn
• Confident in sharing ideas, opinions, and suggestions

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct the onboarding program for new employees, including paperwork and orientation, to help them settle in and join the company smoothly
• Identify training needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design programs that help employees build the skills relevant to their roles
• Track employee trends and feedback, for example through surveys or discussions, to identify engagement issues early and put together action plans that help keep employees satisfied and reduce turnover
• Promote the Company's culture and values through engagement programs and internal communication
• Act as a bridge between employees and management to help address concerns and feedback
• Conduct the exit process for graduating employees, including exit interviews and return of company assets
• Coordinate internal and external training programs
• Support other HR functions when needed
