Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Document Controller to manage project documentation workflows for large-scale initiatives in Indonesia. You will establish file structures, ensure compliance with client standards, and coordinate with the project team and external vendors to keep all records accurate and accessible.

The role requires ACC and Procore experience, strong MS Office capabilities, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant working experience as document controller
• ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) system knowledge and experience is a must
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong MS Office Skillset (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Procore Document Control Management systems knowledge is a plus
• Detail-oriented and organized, multitasker
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Set up project folders and manage folder structure and registries
• Distribute project-related information with project team and external parties
• Assist the Project Manager in documenting instructions and communications with vendors and contractors
• Process and control all project document types daily with accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure quality documentation (documents, drawings, RFIs, registers) is maintained
• File documents in physical and digital records with proper storage
• Communicate changes to document control procedures to the project team
• Assist in implementing new document management systems and processes
• Adhere to company and client documentation standards and confidentiality
