Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Manager to lead schedule, cost engineering, quantity surveying, estimating, reporting, forecasting, and document control on major capital projects in Indonesia. You will provide independent oversight between Owner and EPC contractors, ensuring cost and schedule integrity throughout brownfield or greenfield deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of project controls experience on major capital projects.
• Experience on mining, metals, smelting, refinery, or heavy industrial projects.
• Experience in Indonesia or Southeast Asia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls leadership and governance across schedules, costs, estimating, quantity surveying and document control.
• Provide independent validation of contractor schedules and cost forecasts.
• Develop and maintain project cost forecasts and progress measurement reports.
• Manage change, risk, and document control processes to support informed decisions.
