Job summary

You should bring document control experience in a project environment, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with document management systems such as ACC and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Support a project for Origin, providing dedicated document control support from day one.
• Manage document number requests, transmittals, submittals and client information submissions.
• Quality-check documents, design reviews, revisions, titles and metadata across project systems.
• Support project users with document control processes and systems, including client platforms.
• Work with project teams, client stakeholders and the broader Project Services Hub to keep work flowing during busy periods.
• Help shape practical, best-practice processes as this significant programme continues to scale.
