Job summary

PT BAISELINDO ASIA NETWORK is seeking an experienced Project Document Controller to manage review, classification, archiving, and ledger updates for construction, design and acceptance documents, ensuring full traceability and accessibility.

The role requires on-site work in Indonesia, strong attention to detail, and ability to coordinate with clients, internal teams and subcontractors to meet document delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with document control workflows and CR operations.
• Ability to review and audit engineering documents with data sensitivity.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, teams and subcontractors.
• Wamiliarity with FTTH/optical network project documentation is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site overseas when required.

Responsibilities

• Review, verification, sorting and archiving of project acceptance and FO documents.
• Execute daily document control procedures to guarantee traceability of all process records.
• Provide supporting documentation for customer complaint handling and organize files.
• Manage classification, version control, archiving and ledger updates of all project documents.
• Coordinate submission, review and handover with internal teams, clients and subcontractors.
