Job summary

Xiaomi Technology in Medan is seeking a Region Operations Manager to oversee Xiaomi Authorized Stores in the region, coordinating store operations and formulating sales plans to achieve targets and increase market share.

You will lead regional teams, communicate with national platforms, and drive expansion while maintaining brand image and operational standards across the network.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of regional management experience in consumer electronics is preferred.
• Familiar with the international market retail operation model and has successful regional business development cases.
• English may be used as a working language.
• Master the project management ability and be able to effectively promote the implementation of various tasks.

Job description

Region Operation and Coordination: responsible for the operation and management of stores in the area under its jurisdiction ( Xiaomi Authorized Store), formulate sales plans, promote the achievement of sales targets, and increase the market share of the region under its jurisdiction.

Region Operation Management: responsible for the implementation and inspection of the daily operation management standards of the stores in the area under its jurisdiction, the follow-up and implementation of market activities, and the improvement of brand image.

Region Team Management: responsible for the management of the regional team, empower and cultivate personnel, and build a talent pipeline.

Region Retailer Communication: maintain close communication with the national new retail platform, coordinate to promote regional business development, and establish good cooperative relations with regional partners (authorized retailers, suppliers, etc.).

Region Planning & Expansion: responsible for the regional store system planning and store construction, and cooperate with store expansion to complete the regional store construction goal.

Skills and qualifications

More than 5 years of regional management experience, experience in consumer electronics industry is preferred.

Familiar with the international market retail operation model, with successful regional business development and management cases.

Bachelor degree or above.
