Job summary

Xiaomi Indonesia seeks a regional retail operator to lead sales, operations, and a high-performing team across multiple Palembang stores. You will manage directly operated and authorized outlets, set regional sales plans, and drive market share gains.

The role requires 5+ years in regional management within consumer electronics, knowledge of international retail practices, a Bachelor’s degree or higher, and strong project management capabilities. Bonus: store management/expansion experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of regional management experience, consumer electronics industry preferred.
• Understand international retail practices, with successful case studies in regional business expansion/management.
• Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English as a working language.
• Skilled in project management, able to efficiently implement tasks.
• Bonus: 20-50 store management experience, store expansion experience, 3C industry experience.
