Qualifications

• 5+ years of regional management experience.
• Understanding international retail practices with successful regional expansion cases.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Fluent in English as working language.
• Skilled in project management.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate operations across directly operated and authorized stores; set regional sales plans and targets.
• Monitor daily store standards and market activities to maximize brand image and efficiency.
• Lead regional team: training, talent development, and building a robust pipeline of personnel.
• Collaborate with new retail platforms, maintain relationships with dealers and suppliers for successful cooperation.
• Plan regional store system and coordinate with the expansion team to meet opening goals.
