Job summary

Xiaomi Indonesia seeks a results-driven Store Model Management and Regional Operations Lead to oversee authorized and company-operated stores across Sumatra. You will coordinate store standards, inventory flow, audits and performance coaching, driving efficiency and compliance.

In this role, you will negotiate with property partners, manage multi-store expansion, and align channel strategies with regional sales goals to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Store Model Management: Oversee the operation of both authorized stores and direct-operated stores, familiar with dual-mode operation standards and implementation, regional store operations and compliance.
• Regional Expansion & Partnership Development: Lead regional store expansion and partner recruitment, independently negotiate with property management and distributors, execute new store location selection, contract signing and launch.
• Multi-store Operations & Supervision: Manage a portfolio of stores across the region, oversee end-to-end inventory (purchase, sales, inventory), ensure product supply, stock turnover, asset management and store audits to improve operational efficiency.
• Team Performance Management: Lead and develop the regional sales team, conduct performance evaluation, coaching and regular training to enhance team capability, accountable for regional sales targets.
• Channel & Partner Management: Maintain relationships with distributors, stores and business partners, monitor promotion execution, product distribution and sell-out to support sustainable growth.
• Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop regional sales strategies, track performance achievement, optimize execution plans to deliver regional sales and profitability goals.
