Responsibilities

• Operational Coordination: manage directly operated and authorized stores and set regional sales targets.
• Operational Implementation: monitor store standards and market activities to maximize brand image and efficiency.
• Team Empowerment: lead regional team, conduct training, build talent pipeline, and grow store personnel.
• Multi-Party Collaboration: partner with new retail platforms, dealers and suppliers to enable cooperation.
• Store Expansion: plan regional store network and collaborate with expansion teams on openings.
