Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group is seeking a Sales Supervisor to drive area targets and oversee field promoter teams in Pangkalpinang. You will visit merchants daily, ensure program execution, and coordinate with partner teams to resolve field issues.

The role also involves training field staff, monitoring promoter performance, and ensuring accurate billing data from promoters and merchants. A Diploma is required with 2+ years in sales, preferably in financial services.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area.
• Daily visit to merchant.
• Ensuring the program in its area runs well and the program's sales target can be met.
• To ensure placement POP material promotion in store.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field issues.
• Handle around 4 Sales Promoter Leaders with around 80 Sales promoters.
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for promoters.
• Monitoring data 1st billing by promoter and by merchant.
