Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group in Ambon, Indonesia is seeking a Sales Promoter Leader to drive regional sales targets. You will supervise about 4 Sales Promoter Leaders and around 80 promoters, visit merchants daily, promote programs in stores, and coordinate with partner teams to resolve field issues.

The role requires a Diploma and at least 2 years of related experience, strong leadership, good communication and marketing skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• Diploma Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably staff level in sales - financial services or equivalent.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area.
• Daily visit to merchants.
• Ensure programs in area run well and sales targets are met.
• Ensure placement of POP material promotions in stores.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams for sales info, competitors and field issues.
• Supervise around 4 Sales Promoter Leaders and about 80 promoters.
• Monitor daily activities of promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for promoters.
• Monitor first billing data by promoter and by merchant.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in any field
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel
