PT Indodana Multi Finance is seeking a District Sales Manager for the Ambon Paylater program. You will lead area sales initiatives, oversee merchant visits, and ensure targets are met while coordinating with partner teams to gather market insights.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and experience in sales within financial services. Daily field activities and promoter training are key responsibilities in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 2 years of experience in related field
• Preferably in Sales - Financial Services or equivalent
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel
• Strong leadership and able to manage team and area
• Good communication and marketing skills with social media

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area
• Daily visit to merchant
• Ensuring the program in its area runs well and the program's sales target can be met
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field issues
• Handle Sales Promoter Leaders, Promoter, and Merchant Relation
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for promoters
• Monitoring data 1st billing by promoter and by merchant
