Cermati Fintech Group is seeking a Field Sales Supervisor in Indonesia to drive partner sales targets across the area. You will visit five points of sale daily and coordinate with partner operations to monitor performance and field issues.

The role requires a strong retail network, the ability to work under pressure, and mobility to support partners both offline and online. Join a dynamic fintech team focused on expanding financial services distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major or related field.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in smartphone and electronics retail.
• Strong network in the retail industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and high mobility.
• Maintain good relationships with the client sales force.

Responsabilités

• Achieve partner sales targets in the area.
• Make 5 POS visits daily.
• Ensure programs in the area run smoothly and meet sales targets.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams for information on sales, competitors and field issues.
• Monitor daily field activities of partners' teams.
• Conduct field team training with partners (offline/online).

Job Description

• Responsible for partner sales targets in accordance with the area
• Make 5 POS visits every day
• Ensuring the program in its area runs well and sales targets can be met
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field issues
• Monitoring the daily activities of field teams at partners
• Conducting field team training and refreshment training with partners (offline/online)

Qualifications

• Have a minimum bachelor's degree in any major or at least have a minimum of 1 years experience as a supervisor in the smartphone and electronics retail industry
• Has a strong network in the retail industry
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work with a high degree of mobility
• Able to maintain a good relationship with the sales force of the client
