Job summary

Cermati.com is seeking a Field Sales Supervisor to drive partner sales targets across the specified area in Indonesia. This role requires regular field visits (5 per day) and close coordination with partner operations to monitor sales performance and field issues.

A strong retail network, mobility, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Qualifications include a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of supervising experience in smartphone and electronics retail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a supervisor in the smartphone and electronics retail industry is preferred.
• Strong retail network and the ability to maintain client relationships are important.
• You should be able to work under pressure and be highly mobile.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for partner sales targets in the area.

• Ensure the program in the area runs well and sales targets are met.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams for sales info, competitors, and field issues.
• Monitor daily activities of field teams at partners.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training with partners (offline/online).
