Job summary

PT Cermati Pialang Asuransi in Indonesia is seeking a Field Sales Supervisor to drive partner sales targets and ensure programs run smoothly. You will visit 5 POS daily and coordinate with partner teams to gather sales, competitor, and field data, while monitoring field activities and conducting training both offline and online.

• Make 5 POS visits every day

• Conducting field team training and refreshment training with partners (offline/online)
