Job summary

English 1 Indonesia is seeking a Director of Studies to collaborate with Sales, Service, and Academic teams to manage the academic staff and ensure performance metrics such as production efficiency, new student conversion, and retention are met.

The role involves leading communication across centers, supporting scheduling, teacher development, and KPI adherence, with responsibilities spanning on-site and off-site teaching duties and cross-center coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any field)
• 120-hour TEFL certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective communication channels at team, center, group, and national levels.
• Meet with CD regularly to monitor center KPIs and progress toward targets.
• Coordinate scheduling of classes, extra-curricular activities, and events.
• Train and induct teachers in operational procedures and English 1 company products.
• Support the professional development of teachers through observation, training, and evaluation.
