You will drive KPI-based growth, local marketing, and staff development while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment aligned with Center SOPs. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in management are required, with excellent English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in sales and marketing with a track record of meeting targets.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a multifaceted operation.
• Ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Grow the center by setting and monitoring KPIs with regional and central support.
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to attract new students.
• Oversee sales efforts to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
• Partner with the Director of Studies to enhance academic quality, engagement, and retention.
• Ensure daily operations comply with legal requirements, policies, and SOPs.
• Maintain IT systems and accurate student and business records.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations.
