Qualifications

• 120H World TESOL/TEFL qualification is mandatory.
• IELTS speaking score minimum 7.5.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in management.
• Experience in cross-cultural environments is a plus.
• CELTA/DELTA is optional subject to terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee academic functions of the center and maintain high teaching quality.
• Recruit, support and develop teachers; supervise lesson planning and marking.
• Finalize teaching schedules and arrange substitutions for absent teachers.
• Conduct meetings with parents and students as required.
• Manage teacher records: attendance, lessons, homework and assessments.
• Lead professional development programs and contribute to marketing activities.
• Handle disciplinary procedures for teachers and coordinate complaints.
