Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, strategic partnerships or market development within payments, digital commerce or financial services.
• Proven track record building strategic partnerships and driving transaction growth.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to develop business cases and commercial models.
• Excellent communication and relationship management in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term relationships with strategic digital players as the lead commercial partner.
• Develop and execute Mastercard's digital acceptance strategy across major digital merchants, marketplaces, platforms and payment partners in Indonesia.
• Lead end-to-end engagement with strategic digital platforms to increase card acceptance and usage.
• Identify market opportunities and translate them into practical partnership and market-development plans.
• Create commercial propositions and transaction economics to improve acceptance and growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Services, Marketing, Acceptance and Account Management teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
