Job summary

MOVA is seeking a Digital Marketing Trainer to educate and support our Paid Members in understanding the platform, mastering digital marketing, and maximizing its features. You will develop training materials, lead webinars and workshops, coach members, and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to improve member learning and results.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing and strong communication are essential, with opportunities to influence learning across multiple markets and help members

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Creative, proactive, and passionate about building a community.
• Experience with digital marketing and online education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop training curricula and learning modules for Paid Members.
• Teach Members how to use platform features and understand transactions, cashback, and rewards.
• Conduct webinars, online classes, workshops, and offline sessions.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to improve member performance.
• Deliver education on topics including Personal Branding, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and more.
• Monitor attendance and engagement and evaluate learning outcomes.
• Create video tutorials, SOPs, and user guides; collaborate with Content Team.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Product teams; share member feedback.
• Prepare reports on training activities and outcomes and analyze effectiveness.
