You will assess learning needs, develop engaging materials, coach fresh graduates and early-career professionals, and collaborate with Tech, Business Development, and HR to keep content aligned with business goals and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven experience in internal training, mentoring, coaching, or team enablement.
• Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing, including SEO/SEM strategies, performance optimization, and campaign performance analysis.
• Experience in designing and delivering structured training programs for professionals or early-career talent.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and practical manner.
• Ability to adapt training approaches to different learning styles and experience levels.
• Proficient in using online training platforms and digital collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Empathetic, patient, and motivated to support learner development.

Responsibilities
