The Digital Marketing role involves supporting the execution of online marketing activities, including preparing digital content, assisting with basic advertising tasks, and monitoring campaign performance. The position provides hands-on experience in understanding digital channels, content development, and brand communication. Key responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Set up and optimize display advertising campaigns across platforms such as programmatic DSPs, and affiliate networks.
- Monitor campaign results and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets to meet KPIs such as CTR, open rates, CVR, CPA, and ROI.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to request banners, landing pages, and email templates.
- Work closely with the sales, affiliate, and media buying teams to ensure campaigns match client goals and requirements.
- Analyze campaign performance using dashboards and marketing analytics tools.
- Conduct A/B testing for email subject lines, creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
- Maintain and update mailing lists, ensuring data quality and compliance with privacy standards.
- Research new tools, platforms, trends, and best practices in email and display advertising.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for internal teams and clients.
- Ensure campaigns follow advertising policies, email deliverability standards, and compliance rules.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field. We welcome graduates from all majors.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, email marketing, display advertising, or related fields.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to work with KPIs such as open rates, CTR, CVR, and CPA.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when managing audience lists, campaign setups, and reports.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn new tools, platforms, and marketing techniques.
- Experience with email platforms or display advertising tools is a plus but not required.
