Job summary

MOVA is hiring a Digital Marketing Trainer to educate and support our Paid Members in mastering the platform and marketing tactics. You will design curricula and create modules that range from foundational to advanced topics, ensuring clear, actionable learning outcomes.

Lead webinars and workshops, onboard members, and mentor them to apply digital marketing strategies effectively. Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align education with platform features and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Candidates must show excellent communication skills and solid product knowledge.
• Creativity in curriculum design and proactive engagement with members is required.
• Experience in community building and learning facilitation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop training curricula and learning modules for Paid Members.
• Prepare clear digital marketing materials from basic to advanced levels.
• Regularly update training materials based on platform changes and trends.
• Teach Paid Members how to use all platform features and cashback tools.
• Facilitate webinars, online classes, workshops and offline sessions.
• Onboard Paid Members and answer questions during training sessions.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to improve member performance.
• Create educational content including videos, FAQs and guides.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams for campaigns and features.
• Monitor attendance, assess learning outcomes, and report on training effectiveness.
