Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include education level and a basic grasp of digital marketing concepts.
• Experience in digital marketing or social media is welcomed; portfolios are considered for fresh graduates.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) actively and consistently.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly content plans.
• Produce engaging photos, videos, reels, and carousel posts for prospective students.
• Write copy for captions, ads, and promotional materials.
• Run and optimize digital ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Analyze content and campaign performance (reach, engagement, leads).
• Coordinate with trainers, admins, and management for content needs.
• Follow digital trends and apply them to marketing strategies.
• Manage leads database and support marketing follow-ups.
