Job summary

ACG School Jakarta, part of Inspired Education Group, seeks a Digital Communications Officer to lead digital messaging and marketing initiatives. You will work with the Enrolments, Admissions, and Marketing team to strengthen the school’s brand and support student enrolment growth.

You will create compelling content across digital platforms, manage campaigns, and collaborate with leadership to reflect the school's values and educational offering while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing, communications, content creation, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Proven experience managing websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support enrolment growth, retention, and brand awareness.
• Create, publish, and manage content across the website, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, photography, and video.
• Maintain and improve the school's website content, aligned with marketing priorities and campaigns.
• Manage social media presence, including planning, engagement, campaigns, and reporting.
• Capture school life through stories, photos, and videos showcasing achievements and events.
• Collaborate with leadership, teachers, admissions staff, and regional teams to develop content opportunities.
