Job summary

PT Agate International in Jakarta, Indonesia seeks a creative Social Media Specialist to grow our brand online. You will develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, manage content calendars, and drive engagement and conversions from followers.

Based in Central Jakarta, you will monitor trends, analyze performance, and respond to messages to build an active community while staying aligned with Japanese culture and career opportunities within our network.

Qualifications

• JLPT N4 proficiency or equivalent is appreciated.
• Passion for Japanese culture and language.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in social media management or bootcamp/training.
• Knowledge of social media trends.
• Experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut).
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to social media.
• Ability to work independently and bring fresh ideas.

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging and brand-aligned content, managing content plans and calendars, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing content to increase engagement and conversion. You will also engage with followers, respond to messages, build an active online community, and stay up to date with the latest social media trends to create relevant and impactful content. Requirement
