PT AIKO NEGARA DAHA is seeking a Digital Marketing Staff to plan and manage our digital marketing strategy. You will work to increase brand awareness, engagement, and student enrollments for our work-in-Japan program.

You will manage social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), create daily content plans, produce multimedia content, write captions and ads, run campaigns, and analyze results to drive leads. Collaboration with trainers, admins, and management is essential.

Formación

• Minimum High School / Diploma / bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Communication preferred).
• Experience in digital marketing or social media (Fresh graduates with portfolios are welcome).
• Creative and up to date with social media trends.
• Skilled in editing tools (Cap Cut, Canva, or similar software).
• Basic knowledge of copywriting and storytelling.
• Ability to analyze simple social media and ad insights.
• Good communication skills and team player.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage, and improve our digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and enrollments.
• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) actively and consistently.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly content plans.
• Produce engaging photos, videos, reels, and carousel posts for prospective students.
• Write copy for captions, ads, and promotional materials.
• Run and optimize digital ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Analyze content and campaign performance (reach, engagement, leads).
• Coordinate with internal teams (trainers, admins, management) for content needs.
• Follow digital trends and apply them to marketing strategies.
• Manage leads database and support marketing follow-ups.
