The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and a solid grasp of digital marketing. English proficiency is a plus; experience with tenders is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Executive / Project Management (agency or tech background preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Content Marketing).
• Able to handle multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Able to guide and monitor team members’ performance.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, and CRM tools.
• Experience with tenders or proposal development is a plus.
• (Bonus) Fluent in English with strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client relationships across industries, serving as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Meet with clients to gather needs and provide regular project progress updates.
• Translate client goals into clear briefs for internal teams.
• Collaborate with creative, media, and performance teams to execute campaigns.
• Manage time and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and KPI-driven.
• Work closely with internal teams on tenders and projects.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support client strategy.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and performance reports.
• Handle client feedback and complaints professionally and with a solution-oriented approach.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor digital marketing team performance and support their development.
• Contribute ideas and best practices for the digital marketing team.
