Job summary

KG Media (Kompas Gramedia Group of Media) is seeking an Account Executive in Jakarta to identify and acquire new clients and translate their needs into effective digital strategies. You will analyze trends, craft campaign plans, and coordinate with internal teams to meet KPI targets.

Strong network and presentation skills are essential. Industry familiarity with online media and programmatic advertising is preferred, and experience with agencies is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as Account Executive in online media or ad sales.
• Basic understanding of programmatic advertising.
• Experience working with advertising agencies is preferred.
• Strong network with direct clients and/or agencies is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Up-to-date with digital advertising trends and media landscape.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients.
• Understand client needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Analyze digital trends and incorporate insights into client strategy planning.
• Develop and execute digital campaign strategies based on client briefs.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations) to ensure campaign delivery meets KPI targets.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure alignment with defined KPIs.
