Esensi Digital in Serpong, Indonesia, is seeking an Account Executive to manage day-to-day client relationships and oversee retainer service delivery. You will be the primary operational contact, coordinating internal teams to ensure work is on brief, on time, and of high quality.

You will translate client needs into actionable briefs, present campaigns and timelines to clients, monitor budgets, and prepare status and ROI reports. Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communications are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client accounts in a digital marketing or agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Understanding of core digital marketing concepts, including social media marketing, online advertising, and website development.
• Proficiency in preparing client-facing presentations, reports, and proposals with solid business acumen and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia in written and verbal form.
• Ability to work on-site in Serpong and adapt to a fast-paced client environment.
