Job summary

PT Daehong Communications Indonesia is seeking a capable advertising/marketing professional to join our team in Jakarta. This role supports the Team Leader in managing client projects, developing strategic marketing plans, and delivering end-to-end advertising campaigns across TVC, activation, print, and digital media.

You will contribute to competitive reviews, budgeting, and proposal development, while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• Excellent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written); Korean/Japanese a plus.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Required skills: advertising, digital, strategic marketing planing, budgeting, presentation.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
• Preferably experienced in making proposal and strategic thinking.
• Outgoing and congenial personality.
• Fast to adapt & eager to learn
• Take on challenges.
• CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY
• Experience working in an advertising agency.
• Handling both local and multinational clients across various industries for advertising projects.
• Experience in media buying, ATL, and BTL activities.
• Skilled in integrated marketing planning, budgeting, and proposal development.
• Experience delivering proposal presentations in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Team Leader in daily basis to manage project and clients
• Developing competitive reviews and comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively determine Brand's SWOT and key issues that able to achieves realistic and measurable goals and budget.
• End-to-end management and delivery of advertising projects across TVC, activation, print, BTL activities, and media buying for both thematic and tactical campaigns.
• Responsible for administrative matters with key departments to ensure smooth project delivery
• Providing the creative team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, audience and strategy so that they can develop creative ideas applicable to the media channels that will promote the idea most effectively.
• Communication with client to get sufficient information regarding the campaign from its objective, deliverables, timeline and budget whilst managing client’s expectation to the output Daehong can provide.
• Establish teamwork with internal team(s) (Digital Team, Creative Team, Finance Team) and communication with external vendor(s) when developing proposals.
• Developing proposal presentations in both Bahasa & English.
