• At least 2 years of experience in Account Management or related roles.
• Experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to bridge business problems with creative solutions.
• Confident communicator who builds trust with clients.
• Calm under pressure and highly organized in a fast-moving agency.
• Curious about brands, culture, and creativity; collaborative by nature.
• Proactive, accountable, and able to move projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Champion integrated campaigns from the first client conversation through final delivery.
• Become a trusted partner by understanding clients' business and turning challenges into opportunities.
• Create conditions for great work by aligning stakeholders and removing roadblocks.
• Partner with creatives and strategists to shape briefs and ensure ideas stay true to client and vision.
• Lead day-to-day client communications with reliability and proactive problem-solving.
• Present work with clarity, explaining what we recommend and why it matters.
