Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Service, or a similar role.
• Experience in digital campaigns, brand activation, and entertainment projects.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, content production, events, and project commercials.
• Strong presentation and deck-building skills.
• Able to structure information clearly and communicate complex briefs in a practical way.
• Proactive, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Confident in handling clients, negotiations, and cross-functional coordination.
• Comfortable networking and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day client communication and build strong relationships across all levels.
• Translate client discussions into clear and actionable internal project briefs.
• Prepare proposals, presentation decks, timelines, minutes of meeting, and project updates.
• Coordinate digital campaigns, social media projects, brand activations, events, and entertainment projects.
• Work closely with creative, strategy, production, digital, finance, and project teams.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, costs, margins, billing, and payment progress.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to the agreed scope, quality, and timeline.
• Support campaign reporting, evaluation, pitches, and client presentations.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Participate in client meetings, networking events, and on-ground activations when required.
