Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above; finance/marketing/economics preferred; relevant experience acceptable.
• Proactive with a sense of responsibility.
• Strong language and communication skills.
• Able to observe, analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Hardworking and able to withstand high pressure.
• High political quality and good conduct; aligned with the company.
• Experience in insurance, banking or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with regulator rules and company policies; participate in trainings and meetings; use activity management tools.
• Coordinate with branch bank personnel and promote sales to achieve targets.
• Train bank staff in insurance demand planning, sales, product knowledge and compliance.
• Handle daily document distribution/collection and assist with claims and after‑sales service.
• Report violations or risks identified; propose corrections or improvements.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by superiors.
• Adhere to national laws, corporate ethics and compliance rules.
• Follow business operations processes and maintain integrity.
• Maintain risk awareness and compliance as a core duty.
