Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a CMMS Planner to support maintenance planning, scheduling, documentation control, and performance reporting for a data centre environment.

You will ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are accurately managed within the CMMS and aligned with contractual and operational requirements. The role involves coordinating with vendors, site teams, and stakeholders to minimize disruption, track work orders, and maintain audit-ready records while delivering

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of job-related experience.
• Working knowledge of CMMS and maintenance planning processes.
• Experience supporting facilities management, data centre operations, or critical environment maintenance.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain maintenance schedules within the CMMS.
• Create, assign, and monitor work orders for on-schedule maintenance.
• Maintain asset, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Review schedules and identify overdue activities or conflicts.
• Coordinate maintenance with vendors and site teams.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors on work order planning.
• Coordinate vendor access, permits, and documentation for maintenance execution.
• Track progress and ensure close-out documentation is complete.
• Review maintenance documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain document control and audit-ready records.
• Support audit readiness and data integrity.
• Generate routine maintenance and compliance reports for leadership.
• Monitor vendor performance metrics and identify risks.
• Identify recurring issues and potential improvements.
• Collaborate with Facilities Management and cross-functional teams.
• Respond to inquiries about work orders and schedules.
• Support transition of maintenance programs for new facilities.
• Analyze maintenance data for operational improvements.
• Support HSEQ compliance through accurate records.
• Suggest improvements to CMMS and reporting processes.
