Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in server maintenance, hardware support, data center operations, IT infrastructure, or field service engineering.
• Hands-on experience with server hardware installation, rack mounting, cabling, hardware replacement, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform server delivery and installation activities, including server rack mounting, equipment installation, and cable management.
• Conduct server hardware inspection, testing, and commissioning to ensure equipment is properly installed and operational.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot server hardware issues through log collection, analysis, and systematic fault identification.
• Perform corrective maintenance and replacement of faulty server components, including hard drives, motherboards, memory, power supplies, and other hardware components.
• Maintain accurate records of server installations, maintenance activities, component replacements, and troubleshooting results.
• Provide technical support for server after-sales services and ensure issues are resolved within the required service level.
