Job summary

PT EZSVS Technology Indonesia seeks an Assistant Facility Manager (Data Center) to support the Facility Manager in daily data center operations, maintenance, safety, and service delivery. You will coordinate facility engineers, technicians, contractors and vendors, monitor PM/CM/EOP activities, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, building management, or data center operations.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Experience with data center, critical facility, industrial plant or similar mission-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical infrastructure and preventive/corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Data Center Facility Operations: support day-to-day operations and ensure high availability of critical systems.
• Maintenance Management: plan, coordinate, and monitor PM, CM, and emergency maintenance.
• Team Management: supervise engineers and technicians, assign tasks, ensure safety and coverage.
• Critical Incident & Emergency Management: respond to incidents, coordinate with stakeholders, and conduct drills.
• Documentation & Reporting: prepare operation reports and KPI data.
• Energy & Facility Efficiency: monitor energy use and identify efficiency improvements.
• Project & Expansion Support: assist fit-outs, testing, commissioning, and handover.
