Job summary

Pt Diamulia Internusa is seeking a Data Center Ops Senior Analyst to join our team in Bekasi, Indonesia. The role requires handling daily Data Center tasks, vendor coordination, and support for rack & stack activities, under SME guidance.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of Data Center support experience and basic knowledge of server, storage, network, and cabling components, with familiarity in operating procedures and SNOW-based instructions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Data Center support
• Basic knowledge of Data Center components (Server, Storage, Network, Cabling)
• Familiar with rack & stack, patching, and server health checks

Responsibilities

• Follow the daily Data Center checklist to perform required actions
• Coordinate with vendors and provide escort support as needed
• Assist with rack & stack and server movement under SME guidance
• Monitor server health and record status in standard reports
• Coordinate console access and follow Data Center SOPs for activities such as cable patching
