Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Staff Fulfillment and Validation Analyst in Jakarta. You will handle customer requests via email, validate documents for accuracy, and support authorization and transaction cancellation processes in collaboration with banking ops and the contact centre team.

The role requires solid knowledge of banking products, strong English skills, and a good grasp of contact centre workflows and technologies.

• Respond to service team queries about Authorization processes and coordinate with acquiring banks for transaction cancellations.

Responsibilities:

• Managing unsecured mails on supporting documents, receiving dan sending email related customer request.
• RMS Follow Up, Approval & admin:*Supporting service team to validate request customer to ensure accuracy & completeness prior execution by Banking ops or Card ops
• Authorization :*Answering queries from service team related to Authorization process & managing acquiring bank for cancelling transcation. Involving contact center project to increase IVR & Digital channel penetration (Regeneration PIN CCIS & Report).
