Responsibilities

• Managing unsecured mails on supporting documents, receiving dan sending email related customer request.
• RMS Follow Up, Approval & admin: Supporting service team to validate request customer to ensure accuracy & completeness prior execution by Banking ops or Card ops
• Authorization : Answering queries from service team related to Authorization process & managing acquiring bank for cancelling transcation. Involving contact center project to increase IVR & Digital channel penetration (Regeneration PIN CCIS & Report).
