Job summary

Mining Industry in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Data Center Operations professional to manage and optimize server infrastructure. The role requires hands-on experience in Windows Server, Linux, and AIX environments, plus strong skills in DR planning and storage management.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in data center operations, with virtualization (VMware ESXi, vCenter, Dell VxRail) and database knowledge (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL). This position is full WFO in South Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Center Operations, IT Infrastructure, or Server Support.
• Experienced in monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers, storage, and data center infrastructure.
• Proficient in Windows Server, Linux (Red Hat/CentOS), and/or AIX environments.
• Experienced in backup, restore, data archiving, and storage capacity management.
• Familiar with virtualization technologies, including VMware ESXi, vCenter, and Dell VxRail.
• Experienced in disaster recovery (DR), server replication, and DR simulation.
• Knowledge of database environments such as Oracle, MySQL, DB2, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiar with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, is an advantage.
• Experienced in incident management, troubleshooting, SLA monitoring, and technical reporting.
