Job summary

You will lead the Data Center Operations team, oversee installation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of servers, networking, power and cooling, coordinate with vendors, and drive incident response, RCA, and audits. 5+ years in DC ops, 2+ in leadership, ITIL-friendly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in Data Center Operations.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of DC infrastructure and ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily Data Center operations to ensure availability and SLA compliance.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of DC infrastructure.
• Manage incident response, RCA, escalation, and downtime minimization.

What You'll Do:

Data Center Operations

Lead and supervise daily Data Center operations to ensure infrastructure availability, operational excellence, and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Infrastructure Management

Manage the installation, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and lifecycle management of Data Center infrastructure, including servers, networking, power, and cooling systems.

Oversee incident response, troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and escalation processes to minimize downtime and ensure timely service restoration.

Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for maintenance activities, infrastructure projects, documentation, audits, and operational support.

Develop and lead the Data Center Operations team through coaching, performance management, knowledge sharing, and the implementation of operational best practices.

What We're Looking For

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Data Center Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Center Operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Data Center infrastructure, including server hardware, storage, networking, power & cooling systems, structured cabling, incident management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), capacity planning, vendor management, documentation, and ITIL best practices.

Hands-on Experience: Proficient in managing technologies such as Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, MikroTik, Fortinet, APC, Vertiv, VMware, Hyper-V, Linux, Windows Server, backup solutions (Veeam/Acronis), and monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG).

Professional Certifications: Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CDCP/CDCS, CCNA, CompTIA Server+, VMware VCP, or Microsoft Azure/AWS are preferred.

Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to lead teams, coordinate vendors, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Operational Readiness: Willing to work in a 24×7 shift environment, participate in on-call rotations, prepare operational reports, and support internal and external audit activities.
