Qualifications

• Experience with SAN storage and SAN switches; storage provisioning and multipathing.
• Solid understanding of network protocols, cybersecurity principles, and incident management.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead technical teams and to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior System Engineer to join our dynamic team in South Jakarta. Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud platforms.

Ensure the secure, efficient, and reliable operation of all IT systems through proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and incident resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

Implement and enforce industry best practices in cybersecurity to safeguard data and systems from threats and vulnerabilities.

Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to enhance system performance and support business growth.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and configurations to support operational continuity and disaster recovery.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of experience in a System Engineer or similar technical role, ideally within the IT or technology sector.

Proven expertise in the design, implementation, and management of complex IT environments, including on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of enterprise operating systems (Windows/Linux), databases, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and monitoring tools.

Skilled in installation, configuration, and administration of SAN Storage and SAN Switches.

Strong Knowledge of storage provisioning, zoning, multipathing, and performance tuning.

Deep understanding of network protocols, storage systems, and cybersecurity principles.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading technical teams.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
