Job summary
PT ABISHAR TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA in BSD Tangerang seeks a Python Developer to join our software team. You will work on backend services using Python and popular frameworks. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor degree in CS or related field, with at least 1 year of Python experience and a strong portfolio.
You will collaborate with engineers, QA and product teams in an agile environment. Preferred: Git, REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Docker, and English communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering or similar major
- Minimum 1 year experience as Python Developer
- Proven professional experience as a Python Developer or similar software development role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Advanced proficiency in Python programming, including knowledge of popular frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar
- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and object-oriented programming concepts
- Experience with relational databases (such as PostgreSQL or MySQL) and basic database design principles
- Familiarity with version control systems (particularly Git) and collaborative development workflows
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) is advantageous
- Experience with containerisation technologies such as Docker is preferred
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices is a plus
- Has experience in banking industry or banking project is a plus
