Job summary

TITANICOM TECH LIMITED is seeking a diligent warehouse asset assistant to support data center asset management and inventory control in Jakarta. You will help maintain asset records, tag and inspect servers and network devices, and coordinate movements with internal teams.

The role emphasizes documentation, audits, and after-hours responsiveness within a structured 5×8 shift. Chinese language proficiency is required, and IT-related study backgrounds are welcome.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related industry experience and at least 1 year of work experience.
• Familiar with data center equipment (switches, servers) and components.
• Good at proactively identifying and solving problems; detail oriented.
• Diverse educational backgrounds welcome; IT-related majors preferred.
• Must have Chinese language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing data center warehouse assets, including inbound and outbound inventory handling.
• Maintain accurate asset records, ensure timely updates of stock data, and support audit requirements.
• Handle basic hardware equipment (e.g. servers, network devices) — asset tagging, inspection, and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams on asset movement, delivery, and return processes.
• Support the asset manager in daily warehouse operations and documentation.
• Be on duty during 5×8 working hours, able to respond to urgent requests after working hours.
• Participate in continuous learning and skill development related to IT hardware and asset management.
