Job summary

TNP Group (Mooimom) is seeking a Website & Ecommerce Manager to drive D2C growth across MOOIMOM, MUGU, and MomCozy. You’ll own website revenue targets, optimize SEO and AI search, and work with IT, UI/UX, Marketplace, and Content teams.

This role requires hands-on data analysis, experimentation, and strong cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in ecommerce or D2C, experience with GA4, and a passion for turning data into measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Business, Communications, or Management (preferred).
• 3–5 years in ecommerce, digital marketing, or D2C website commerce.
• Experience collaborating with IT/UI/UX teams and marketplace teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and traffic targets across product brands by executing growth initiatives based on data and market trends.
• Support migration from marketplaces to the D2C website and build loyalty/CRM mechanisms.
• Improve organic visibility through SEO and AI Search optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX to optimize customer journey from landing page to checkout and run CRO tests.
• Plan and monitor paid acquisition campaigns; track ROAS and CAC and identify optimization opportunities.
• Maintain performance dashboards using GA4 and Google Search Console and translate data into insights for leadership.
• Coach and support a Website Executive and represent the D2C channel in cross-functional discussions.
